Custom‑Made Products

• Every item is handcrafted and made to order.

• Each piece is built specifically for the individual who purchases it.

• Production begins shortly after the order is placed.

All Sales Are Final

• All items are custom‑built for each customer.

• No returns, cancellations, or exchanges are accepted once an order is submitted.

• Customers must review their order carefully before completing checkout.

Production Time

• Production times vary depending on the item and current workload.

• Estimated delivery dates are provided as a courtesy but are not guaranteed.

• Quality craftsmanship takes time, and each piece is built with care.

Shipping & Delivery

• Once an item is shipped, delivery timelines are the responsibility of the carrier.

• The Legacy Wood Works is not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control.

• Customers must report shipping damage within 48 hours so we can assist with a carrier claim.

Payment Terms

• Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.

• Work begins only after payment has been received.

Product Variations

• Natural wood varies in grain, color, and texture.

• These variations are normal and part of what makes each piece unique.

• Such characteristics are not considered defects.

Intellectual Property

• All designs, images, and product concepts are the property of The Legacy Wood Works.

• They may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

• The Legacy Wood Works is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the purchase or use of our products.
